Health considerations - please inform us at time of booking if you have any medical conditions e.g. are pregnant or have special needs so that we can advise you of services most appropriate to your needs.

Arrival - Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment time.  Treatments are conducted free of jewellery.  We adhere to treatment times to minimize delays in waiting.  If you arrive late, we may have to shorten your appointment.

Mobile phone - Please ensure your mobile phone is switched off before your treatment commences, so you can fully relax and enjoy your pampering.

Cancellations - We appreciate how important your time is and do understand you may occasionally be unable to keep your appointment, so we kindly request out of consideration to other clients waiting for appointments that 24 hours notice be given.  Our answer phone is available 24 hours for appointments and cancellations.  To ensure smooth scheduling we will reconfirm your appointment by texting you.
